Who We Are
We are CELEEN INITIATIVE, a centre for leadership and entrepreneurship, stanch to nurture leadership values and
entrepreneurship skills in teenagers between the ages of 10 and 18 years in Nigeria.
We are building the future generation of leaders and entrepreneurs of our nation to meet emerging and future challenges
through the two-pronged sword of qualitative governance and economic viability.
Our theme, “nurturing young leaders and entrepreneurs”, is expressed through our high-quality, high value and unique blend of
professional focus, instructional quality, and the depth of our curriculum that is activity driven to support the concept of
leadership and entrepreneurship.
Our programmes are designed to take leadership beyond an academic exercise and concepts to daily practice and habits,
with entrepreneurship trainings that take our young adults from the realm of skill acquisition into real exposition of
concepts and principles like innovation, marketing, money management and human management
The foundation of the Centre is built on our belief that all students have the capacity to rise to the challenges of the emerging future
as great leaders and entrepreneurs.
We are partnering with high schools and tertiary institutions in the nation to transform their school culture and prepare the
emerging generation to step up and facilitate a new narrative for the nation.
The programme starts at the high school level with our trained educators who deliver crafted messages and presentations that will
guide and motivate the young adults into real-life habitual leadership values and entrepreneurship skills in a way that resonates.
We train educators with life case studies, stories, images and activities that inspire outstanding experiences and engage the young
adults in a creative and valuable way. We meet the young adults at their level with today’s generational language and get them engaged
in life-changing conversations.
