This event is a gathering of secondary school prefects from all states in Nigeria, who have the responsibility, with the help of the school management, of running their schools.

It will help these prefects take their attention off the pride of being adorned with badges and having titles and focus more on the purpose and responsibility of using the roles to make an impact during their tenures and even after, creating a great reputation for their schools in the tertiary institutions and eventually, in the corporate world.

The conference is focused on early intervention, teaching leadership skills from the formative years and helping these prefects become aware of their potential and building them for future leadership.
